i plan to exercise more frequently
I plan on restarting my exercise regimen, I was doing really well then my mom passed away and I became a turtle wanting to sleep all the time but now new year new me
My fitness goals include training for Roller Derby!
to do some sort of workout each day! I kept off the 30 lbs i lost last year but i know i feel so much better when i exercise daily
My goals are to be more motivated and get my booty off the couch and exercise
