It can be a challenge to keep fit never mind after 40.  It is a just lifestyle for me. Does my weight stay exactly the same week to week? Of course not. Don't be totally ridiculous. But I am careful. I enjoy life and I love to enjoy a variety of foods but I know it is not an endless pit. Well, it could be if I just ate everything I wanted. I have to really think about it more and more as I get older. I will treat myself but then go back to the diet and fitness plan.  I don't mean "diet" in the crazy sense either, just a healthy eating plan that includes lots of fresh veggies, lean meats and fish and fruit. A few treats here and there too of course. But I exercise regularly and vigorously. Fit Signals" Loop Exercise Bands is a great way to give your body a total workout without going to a gym and you save a bundle of money and time.   You can even complete a hard workout in front of your TV or with your fave music going on. If you are into strength training, endurance, or yoga, you will find yourself incorporating your loop bands during every workout!

The other great way to use FitSignals Loop Bands is to help give yourself a good stretch post workout. It is a great way to stretch out your back, legs and arms after a long day at work too.
I have been amazed at how much better I feel after even 5 minutes with our Loop Exercise Bands.  It really relieves the tightness after a kettle bell class. I feel so much more refreshed and ready to tackle my day and I get a good night's sleep. I know years ago when I had a back issue the physical therapists gave me something similar to use for physical therapy. The company shared that many people use their Fit Signals Loop Exercise Bands for physical therapy.

Loop Exercise Bands are well constructed. They're built to last and the company has shared that they stand behind the quality. They have been good for me and stretch nicely. They definitely won't snap after 2 or 3 workouts. The other benefit is that they won't bunch up or roll out of place during exercise like the older type of fitness bands.
