I had found this through our previous cable company who offered the Exercisetv channel. I had really found some great videos with good trainers on it and now I see that you can also access alot of the videos free online (and burn them to disc if u like) You will need to click on the "FREE FULL LENGTH" tab. There are alot of free videos to choose from including full body workouts in 20 minutes! It is nice because they are mostly 10 and 20 minutes which is not too long!
