The best part is that these are yummy recipes that are great for a holiday event or anytime. You can use the whole meal or just choose one or two at a time to add a boost to your meals all winter long. Here are the recipes for a Matcha Inspired Meal:


  • APPETIZER – Teriyaki Chicken Liver Pate: Chicken liver pate made with San-J Teriyaki Sauce topped with finely chopped green onions.  
  • SALAD -  Brussels Sprouts and Fennel Orange Salad: Brussels sprouts and fennel with San-J Orange Sauce combined for dressing, topped with pistachios and pomegranate seeds.  
  • SOUP – Sweet Pea Matcha Soup: Blended peas with matcha, avocado and San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, topped with cream.  
  • MAIN – Sweet Tangy Salmon Filet: Salmon fillet marinated in San-J Sweet and Tangy Sauce, topped with a delicious cherry chutney and pistachios.
  • SIDE – Matcha Pesto Pasta: Homemade pesto mixed with matcha using San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, topped with cherry tomatoes.  
  • DESSERT – Matcha Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake: A delightful gluten-free chocolate Swiss roll cake flavored with matcha and San-J Tamari Soy Sauce, served with fresh raspberries and mint.

There are so many occasions coming up in 2016 from Superbowl to Valentine's Day where you can really shine with some fresh meals using San-J sauces.
