You can use Brode anytime but the company has some guidelines to help you get the maximum benefit. If you are drinking a glass of wine or two, take 2 Brode with your first or second drink. Brode supports against dehydration, so it is recommended to take it earlier rather than later. If you’re thirsty, drink water.
Air Travel: Take 1-2 Brode with a beverage at the beginning of your flight.
