Bratz Action Heroez Dolls Giveaway and Review

The Bratz Action Heroez dolls are ready to change the world in 2013. We were lucky enough to get Bratz® Action Heroez™ Shira™.  She came dressed in a rad purple jumpsuit with hot pink heeled boots. My daughter loved that she can look great and still fight the bad guys.  She also came with a small figurine and special mat (for the ios version of the game) and a brush as accessories in the box.  When you use the smaller figurine to link into the online game, you can work on stopping the evil Evilla Vanderbelt from stealing all the color from Passionview in the ios compatible game. They look great doing it too in their superhero fashions.

I was excited but not suprised since Bratz has been reinventing themselves and continuing their popularity with young girls for many years now. You will be able to check them out in person and unleash the action hero in you very soon. I love that when you buy the Bratz® Action Heroez™ doll of your choice, you can play a part by helping the Bratz® Action Heroez™ stop the evil Evilla Vanderbelt in her tracks online and creatively off line.  You can master your special super power in an all new ios campatible (ipad, iphone) reality game, and use it to keep Passionview as gorgeous as ever! You can collect all of  the Bratz® Action Heroez™ because each girl has her own special super power.

To get your Bratz Action Heroez online, download the Bratz Action Heroez app onto your iPad.  You pop your little figurine on the special mat in the photo above. She was a little wobbly but we finally got her to stay up on the mat so she could get scanned.  The app directs you how to get started and "scans" your figurine.  Then you are up and running.

I just LOVE that there are two ways to play! You can choose "Adventure mode" which doesn't require a Bratz Action Heroez figurine or Interactive Activity mat but you can use them if you like.  You can also play in the "Virtual Experience mode." This uses the Bratz Action Heroez dolls and mats.  If you choose Adventure mode, you automatically play as Yasmin unless you have another Bratz Action Heroez doll.  Yasmin transforms into an Action Hero in the city of Passionview.  You complete an action in the game (secret...don't want to spoil your fun!) and you meet the Evilla Vanderbelt.  She is the evil villain whose goal is to suck all the color out of Passionview, and then the world.  It is fun to play and your doll's power increases as you pass each level in the Adventure Mode.

You get to run around the city of Passionview and try to complete the actions as directed to move forward in the game. The colors are gorgeous and the city seems huge with lots of fun areas. We had fun playing with the Bratz® Action Heroez™ doll and the ios game on our ipad mini.

These are a couple of scenes from the game that I took as my daughter was playing the other day.  She is really enjoying Shira with her rad pink and brown long hair.  She had a friend over on Saturday and by the time the friend was leaving she was begging her dad to buy her the Bratz® Action Heroez™ so the girls could play together with the dolls. It was great that Bratz decided to offer the ios game as a free extra option when you buy the doll. It makes it like a two-for-one deal and I love that too.

Games Focus Groups Paid $25-75 Per Test Online or NYC

Do you play games on your computer, phone, tablet, or Facebook?

A NYC-based game development studio is looking for men and women of all ages to help them design better games. It's okay if you are not a "serious gamer" -- Facebook and mobile game players are very eligible!

These tests will usually involve participants playing games which are in the process of being developed, and providing feedback on the mechanics, usability, and "fun factor." Some tests will be held in-person in NYC, but many of the projects can be done online, anywhere nationwide.

Format
This research panel will consists of playtests and interviews.  These focus group interviews and focus group play tests  may be conducted online nationwide or in-person in NYC.
Schedule
Membership in the panel is ongoing. Participants may be asked to participate in multiple playtests over time. You can opt-out of the panel at any time!
Location
In-person research will take place around Union Square, Manhattan. Online research can be done anywhere nationwide.
Compensation
Participants will be paid on a per-playtest basis. Payment will range from $25-$75.

Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thins Snack Crackers Review

 I was thrilled to hear that Naturally Savvy was partnering with Blue Diamond products to share about their yummy new Artisan Nut Thins crackers. I tried other varieties of Nut Thins before and really enjoyed them so I was interested to get the scoop on these totally new crackers. So,  Blue Diamond has launched a new line of premium wheat and gluten-free crackers called Artisan Nut Thins.  The packaging looks different, definitely more upscale and hand-crafted, don't you think?

All three of the varieties of the Artisan Nut-Thins are made with almonds, brown rice and different seeds.  I like that.  They have a nice crunch and a light flavor.  These crackers definitely go well with almost anything whether you make a dip or have them with a bit of cheese or put them out on a platter for a party.  I love making a healthy dip with fat free Greek yogurt and fresh herbs when I have people over.  These crispy, light crackers go well with my homemade Greek yogurt dip too. I had to make some when they arrived so I could test them out. They are yummy any which way or even just on their own.  I love that the added nutrition of seeds makes these crackers a guilt-free snack option for me.

Did you know that Blue Diamond is a California cooperative of almond growers?  I never knew that.   I like that they are based in the good, ole' USA.  I always try to support American companies and what is more American than a cooperative of farmers that grow fresh almonds? 

Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thins are made from a blend of brown rice flour and almonds.  I think they are just perfect to munch on as a snack even solo right out of the box.  They are topped with a sprinkling of seeds which gives the nutritional content an added boost.  Nice, right?
