SinuOrega Nasal Spray + OregaSpray Multipurpose Spray Review @nahsco

I am always amazed at how effective natural remedies can be. Who would have guessed how effective and useful oregano could really be.  For years, I just thought oregano was a great spice to use in my Italian cooking.  Actually, oregano, and specifically Oregano P73 is a powerhouse that can be used in tons of ways to help you out every single day. I recently received two products to try out from North American Herb and Spice.

How many people do you know that have sinusitis way too often?  I know several including close family and friends.  I worry about all those antibiotics that some of them take too.  Data has been shown that overuse of antibiotics is problematic and may actually lead to antibiotic resistance. Many health practitioners agree that the use of a saline solution to flush out nasal passages is the best approach. That is why I always do first and I try to avoid using antibiotics unless the doctor is pretty sure it is something bacterial going on.

The second product I received is OregaSpray. This is a totally potent antimicrobial spray and air detoxifier.   It has antiseptic properties and also acts as an antioxidant and decontaminant.  It can even be used as a bug repellent.  OregaSpray is a product that combines potent emulsified spice oils like wild oregano, bay leaf and lavender but it is totally chemical free!  An excellent option if you have sensitivities and allergies. The neat part about the OregaSpray is that it can be used to cleanse the skin and body too. My skin sometimes just freaks with those chemical bug repellents...the itching...ugh. I just spray on a little of the OregaSpray and I am good to go. The bugs don't come near me hehehee! Orega spray is all natural and so safe you can eat it. No worries about the kids or pets. It is an excellent option to take with you when you travel.  You can use it to disinfect counters, dishes or even food. It is effective as a natural bathroom cleaner. You can use it in the bathroom to destroy mold or even in the garden to repel garden pests. Chelsea Jacobs Happy to be Alive, Because Book Review

Unfortunately, her summer full of experiences threatens to end abruptly when she realizes that one of the three has a secret that causes her to question everything about the new life she has been building. Avery must learn to balance her grief and her desire for a future in order to achieve her mother's final wish for her: That she would be happy to be alive.

My thoughts:
This is a great summer beach book....perfect with the summer theme.  It really made me think about my teenage summers....everything always seemed so vivid back then.  Chelsea Jacobs does a great job of really bringing out and developing Avery's personality.  You can really get into her head and experience her sadness about her mom's death. It brought me back to my own personal experiences with death and how I was able to move on. The author really has you go through the experience with Avery. Her mom was able to provide something from beyond to Avery that was discovered after her death:  a trip that was meant to be a mom and daughter adventure.  I have taken trips with my own mom and it is such a special time.  I can't even imagine but it captured me and reeled me in.  

Avery was so surprised by this travel plan that she began to search further and she unearthed a special journal that her mom kept. This pushed Avery through another stage of grief which she had to work through and make some decisions. Her summer takes on a new dimension when she decides to take that trip that was meant for her and her mom. Solo. The trip unfolds to hold a special summer with newfound teen friends.  All women know that secrets are such a part of the teenage mantra and they change everything for Avery during that summer.
