If you are over 30, or even under 30 you probably have at least a few vexing skin issues. Wrinkles are my issue, not terrible because I do take good care of my skin but they are there and I would love to see less of them. My thoughts and experience with the Derma Roller:  The product was sealed twice when it arrived. I followed the instructions provided by the company and sterilized it twice before using this product just to make sure.  I thought it was slightly uncomfortable to use but definitely tolerable. I found it was best to use it in the evening so my face had time to recover overnight. I saw an improvement in fine lines in about a week but I think it would take longer if you had major scars or lines. I will continue to update you on my Derma Roller experience after a few months to tell you about further improvements. I think you really need to continue to use it to see benefits, like anything else if you stop the lines will slowly creep back. SinuOrega Nasal Spray + OregaSpray Multipurpose Spray Review @nahsco

I am always amazed at how effective natural remedies can be. Who would have guessed how effective and useful oregano could really be.  For years, I just thought oregano was a great spice to use in my Italian cooking.  Actually, oregano, and specifically Oregano P73 is a powerhouse that can be used in tons of ways to help you out every single day. I recently received two products to try out from North American Herb and Spice.

How many people do you know that have sinusitis way too often?  I know several including close family and friends.  I worry about all those antibiotics that some of them take too.  Data has been shown that overuse of antibiotics is problematic and may actually lead to antibiotic resistance. Many health practitioners agree that the use of a saline solution to flush out nasal passages is the best approach. That is why I always do first and I try to avoid using antibiotics unless the doctor is pretty sure it is something bacterial going on.

One option is to try SinuOrega to aid the cleansing process of the nasal membranes, naturally. This saline wash combines the powerful but natural wild crafted essential oils of Oregano P73, sage, bay leaf and clove.  This aromatic spice formula is blended in a base of pure sea salt to cleanse your sinuses.  I like that this spray is totally natural and free of any kinds of chemicals or additives. It is easy to use too!  It just takes a second to insert the nozzle next to the inner nasal membrane and gently squirt a bit in there while sniffing deeply to distribute it throughout the sinuses.  Repeat the same with the other nostril. You can repeat as needed.  I noticed the first couple of times I used it I felt a little bit of a burning sensation. It subsided after a few uses. The second product I received is OregaSpray. This is a totally potent antimicrobial spray and air detoxifier.   It has antiseptic properties and also acts as an antioxidant and decontaminant.  It can even be used as a bug repellent.  OregaSpray is a product that combines potent emulsified spice oils like wild oregano, bay leaf and lavender but it is totally chemical free!  An excellent option if you have sensitivities and allergies. The neat part about the OregaSpray is that it can be used to cleanse the skin and body too. My skin sometimes just freaks with those chemical bug repellents...the itching...ugh. OregaSpray can be used as a natural and effective bug repellent. Yup, a natural bug repellent that works.  I love our backyard but it is bug heaven. I just spray on a little of the OregaSpray and I am good to go. The bugs don't come near me hehehee! I feel better because I know I am avoiding those carcinogenic chemicals, neurotoxins and endocrine disrupters that are in some of the chemical bug repellents.



Orega spray is all natural and so safe you can eat it. No worries about the kids or pets. It is an excellent option to take with you when you travel.  You can use it to disinfect counters, dishes or even food. It is effective as a natural bathroom cleaner. You can use it in the bathroom to destroy mold or even in the garden to repel garden pests. Lord knows I have plenty of those and I was more than happy to spray my OregaSpray on my roses to prevent more nibbling.  Does someone in your family have stinky feet that need some some help? Chelsea Jacobs Happy to be Alive, Because Book Review

Avery is a seventeen-year-old girl whose reality has just been shattered by the death of her mother. Feeling a desperate need to flee from what has become her life, she follows a travel plan meant for her mom and her that leads her to the little beach town where her mom grew up. It's there that she meets a group of three adventurous friends who adopt her into their circle, allowing her to experience a summer she never thought would be possible after suffering such a great loss. Unfortunately, her summer full of experiences threatens to end abruptly when she realizes that one of the three has a secret that causes her to question everything about the new life she has been building. Avery must learn to balance her grief and her desire for a future in order to achieve her mother's final wish for her: That she would be happy to be alive.

My thoughts:
This is a great summer beach book....perfect with the summer theme.  It really made me think about my teenage summers....everything always seemed so vivid back then.  Chelsea Jacobs does a great job of really bringing out and developing Avery's personality.  You can really get into her head and experience her sadness about her mom's death. It brought me back to my own personal experiences with death and how I was able to move on. The author really has you go through the experience with Avery. Her mom was able to provide something from beyond to Avery that was discovered after her death:  a trip that was meant to be a mom and daughter adventure.  I have taken trips with my own mom and it is such a special time.  I can't even imagine but it captured me and reeled me in.  

Avery was so surprised by this travel plan that she began to search further and she unearthed a special journal that her mom kept. This pushed Avery through another stage of grief which she had to work through and make some decisions. Her summer takes on a new dimension when she decides to take that trip that was meant for her and her mom. Solo. The trip unfolds to hold a special summer with newfound teen friends.  All women know that secrets are such a part of the teenage mantra and they change everything for Avery during that summer.
