My thoughts and experience with the Derma Roller:  The product was sealed twice when it arrived. I followed the instructions provided by the company and sterilized it twice before using this product just to make sure.  I thought it was slightly uncomfortable to use but definitely tolerable. I found it was best to use it in the evening so my face had time to recover overnight. I saw an improvement in fine lines in about a week but I think it would take longer if you had major scars or lines. I will continue to update you on my Derma Roller experience after a few months to tell you about further improvements. I think you really need to continue to use it to see benefits, like anything else if you stop the lines will slowly creep back. SinuOrega Nasal Spray + OregaSpray Multipurpose Spray Review @nahsco

I am always amazed at how effective natural remedies can be. Who would have guessed how effective and useful oregano could really be.  For years, I just thought oregano was a great spice to use in my Italian cooking.  Actually, oregano, and specifically Oregano P73 is a powerhouse that can be used in tons of ways to help you out every single day. I recently received two products to try out from North American Herb and Spice.

How many people do you know that have sinusitis way too often?  I know several including close family and friends.  I worry about all those antibiotics that some of them take too.  Data has been shown that overuse of antibiotics is problematic and may actually lead to antibiotic resistance. Many health practitioners agree that the use of a saline solution to flush out nasal passages is the best approach. That is why I always do first and I try to avoid using antibiotics unless the doctor is pretty sure it is something bacterial going on.

One option is to try SinuOrega to aid the cleansing process of the nasal membranes, naturally. This saline wash combines the powerful but natural wild crafted essential oils of Oregano P73, sage, bay leaf and clove.  This aromatic spice formula is blended in a base of pure sea salt to cleanse your sinuses.  I like that this spray is totally natural and free of any kinds of chemicals or additives. This is a totally potent antimicrobial spray and air detoxifier.   It has antiseptic properties and also acts as an antioxidant and decontaminant.  It can even be used as a bug repellent.  OregaSpray is a product that combines potent emulsified spice oils like wild oregano, bay leaf and lavender but it is totally chemical free!  An excellent option if you have sensitivities and allergies. The neat part about the OregaSpray is that it can be used to cleanse the skin and body too. My skin sometimes just freaks with those chemical bug repellents...the itching...ugh. OregaSpray can be used as a natural and effective bug repellent. Yup, a natural bug repellent that works.  I love our backyard but it is bug heaven. I just spray on a little of the OregaSpray and I am good to go. The bugs don't come near me hehehee! I feel better because I know I am avoiding those carcinogenic chemicals, neurotoxins and endocrine disrupters that are in some of the chemical bug repellents.



Orega spray is all natural and so safe you can eat it. No worries about the kids or pets. It is an excellent option to take with you when you travel.  You can use it to disinfect counters, dishes or even food. It is effective as a natural bathroom cleaner. You can use it in the bathroom to destroy mold or even in the garden to repel garden pests.
