Zevia Zero Calorie Soda Review Moms Meet #momsmeet

I received this product for free from the sponsor of the Moms MeetSM program, May Media Group LLC, who received it directly from the manufacturer. As a Moms MeetsSM blogger, I agree to use this product and post my opinion on my blog. My opinions do not necessarily reflect the opinions of May Media Group LLC or the manufacturer of this product.

I have been a blogger for Moms Meet for a number of years now.  I love working with them because they partner with some fantastic brands. I recently was chosen to review  Zevia Zero Calorie Soda. I had tried Zevia a while ago at my sister's house so I was excited to check out some of the cool flavors. I was sent a huge case of twenty four cans in a wide variety of yummy flavors including Grape, Strawberry and Cola. Zevia is actually available in 15 amazing and fun flavors. One of the things I really like about Zevia is that it is sweetened naturally with a unique blend of US grown Stevia and Monk Fruit.

I didn't realize that Zevia is the original naturally sweetened, zero calorie soda. It has no sugar and no artificial sweeteners. I had sworn off those big label soda brands for health reasons but this is something different. No weird chemical ingredients in Zevia and only natural sweeteners makes this a nice treat that I can allow myself on a regular basis.

We have tried most of the flavors at this point and there were several faves between family and friends. The kids loved the Strawberry and Grape Soda the best. One of my daughter's friends adored the traditional Cola too.  My daughter chose the grape one day because she had a matching shirt on.  It was a good choice because she loved it. My husband enjoyed the Zevia Black Cherry...he said it reminded him of when he was a kid. He actually made an Zevia ice cream soda with the Black Cherry and vanilla ice cream. I tried it and it was yummy!

This delicious carbonated beverage comes in 15 amazing, natural flavors including Cola, Black Cherry, Strawberry, Cream Soda, Grapefruit Citrus and Ginger Ale. It is a smarter soda go-to that I feel good about drinking and serving to family and friends.  Zevia Zero Calorie Soda is something that any mom can feel good about serving to her family.

Zevia Facts for Moms and Dads:

Kingsford Tailgate Pre-GameParty #KingsfordCrew @crowdtap #TailgateForOurTroops

Disclosure: I was recently chosen to participate in a Kingsford Charcoal Tailgate Pre-Game Party event through Crowdtap. I received complimentary coupons and promotional gifts in exchange for my honest opinion.

I recently had the opportunity to participate in a Kingsford Tailgate Pre-Game Party through Crowdtap.  Kingsford Charcoal created a tailgating party event to benefit our troops.  With football season starting at the end of the month, it’s the perfect time for grilling everything from chicken to steak and even veggie kabobs. What could be a better way to get everyone together than to fire up the grill and cheer on the NY Giants or perhaps your favorite team, which of course is the Giants...just joking.

It doesn't really matter whether you’re tailgating in the parking lot at the MetLife stadium or in your big ole backyard. You can fire up that grill anywhere. Check out my picture of that cute portable grill you can bring anywhere. Just remember your Kingsford Charcoal whatever you do! Grilling is the perfect way to bring people together on a fall game day. The Kingsford Tailgate Pre-Game Party was created to provide a fun way to show support for the troops while hosting an epic tailgate. A perfect way to get my crew fired up for the game and I bet yours too.

We ended up actually having two Tailgate Pre-Game Party events...more fun for everyone. We had one event at the beach house (hence the portable grill) and a second Kingsford event back home this past weekend. The weather cooperated thank goodness.  It was great to hang out, eat some fresh, hot grilled chicken and veggie kabobs and watch the game on the tv. A beautiful day. Even the kids enjoyed the hotdogs fresh off the grill along with some farm fresh corn and baked beans.

I received an amazing party package to help us celebrate.

  • Chris Lilly's new cookbook "Fire and Smoke"
  • Kingsford Apron
  • Coupon for a bag of Kingsford Charcoal

I frequently buy Kingsford Charcoal and I love to use it with the portable grills on the beach.  It's lets us make a party opportunity available anywhere including on- the-beach fun.  My Kingsford Charcoal goes everywhere with us! At home I use our regular charcoal grill!

Throughout the Tailgate season, we have the opportunity to thank our troops for their courage and honor those troops who have sacrificed for our country.  When people tweet their thanks by October 25 using the hashtag #TailgateForOurTroops,  Kingsford will donate $1 up to $50,000 to the Folds of Honor Foundation.

This book is my confession. It’s painful and honest, but it’s mine. And it’s this: I am more in love with the idea of changing the world than actually changing the world. This isn’t a message of guilt or shame. But it is a call, to both you and me, to be less infatuated with telling a good story and instead live the good story—a story of faith, hope, courage, and justice. -Eugene Cho

Eugene Cho talks about how we use 140 characters to start a conversation but challenges readers to go deeper!  He makes you consider putting your money where your mouth is. We spend so much time on computer, mobile devices and sharing our opinions, but do we really make a different in the world? How is it possible to do that today?

About the book:

We all want to change the world, but as pastor Eugene Cho found out, it takes more than just desire. It takes action. In this personal confession he encourages readers to discover a practical discipleship that begins with the recognition that changing the world starts with changing ourselves.

Many people today talk about justice, but are they living justly? They want to change the world, but are they being changed themselves? Eugene Cho shares his story, a messy, painful story of being more in love with the ideas behind the actions than counting the cost and being a world-changer in action. Because everyone loves justice and compassion, but few have taken it upon themselves to truly live it out in their own lives. Cho is still on that journey to discover what it means, and invites readers to join him.

        About the author:
Eugene is the founder and visionary of One Day’s Wagesa grassroots movement of people, stories, and actions to alleviate extreme global poverty. He is the founder and senior pastor of Quest Church, an urban, multicultural, and multigenerational church in Seattle, Washington. Eugene and his wife, Minhee, have three children.
