Who doesn't know about Paleo products these days? I have heard tons about them but never tried one so I was interested to see how the WELL Food Company Paleo Cookie tasted.  The Double Chocolate Chip 'Cave' Paleo cookie tasted great. I don't know if this fits the Paleo Diet but I would crumble it up in a plain Greek yogurt or into low-fat cottage cheese for an afternoon snack. The next item in the box is from Barlean's and it is their CoQ10 Swirl in Island Fruit. I love Barlean's products and I have used a few of them. This CoQ10 Swirl tasted good like a smoothie and I like the powerhouse of CoQ10 that it delivers in a natural formula.
