I decided to make a quick dinner the other night using the Campbell's Soups for Easy Cooking in Savory Portobello Mushroom. I made a yummy fast risotto with leftover spinach, frozen peas and some fresh mushrooms.  

It came out delicious.  I added some cooked chicken and the little one took the leftovers to lunch today.  Everyone lived it and it was fast and easy thanks to Campbell's!
