I recently received an exciting gift package from BzzAgent and Glad. I am a bit of a clean freak mom but I really just like to keep things vaguely tidy and organized. I like to do small things here and there to make my home look and feel fresh and inviting. It can be a challenge with working full time and kids. I must squeeze in time for fitness and healthy meals too. It can be done and sometimes I find new tricks to help me make it easier.

One stop stores like Target and Walmart help me enormously and they are a workin' mama trick that I use often. I can get my food for the week plus stock up on everything else I need at great prices. It can be a challenge to keep fit never mind after 40.  It is a just lifestyle for me. Does my weight stay exactly the same week to week? Of course not. Don't be totally ridiculous. But I am careful.
