How lucky can I get? Pretty lucky this holiday season since I got a box full of delicious and healthy snacks from a company that combines unique flavors into bars and bags of treats. I am truly adventurous and actually crave unique flavors. Sahale Snacks totally appealed to me and I thought all of the combinations were delicious. I would buy all of them but my favorite was the Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews. I am a pomegranate freak so anytime I see a product with that flavor I go nuts. Pomegranate season is almost over so snacking on these would extend the season for me in a positive way! Look for Sahale Snacks in your local grocery store or ask for them. It feels great on my skin and absorbs in quickly. I can put my makeup on and feel confident that my skin will look beautiful and have protection from everyday rays of the sun as I go about my work and drive around to see my clients.

AVEENO® Absolutely Ageless™ Restorative Night Cream Was the final item I received. I love this night cream. AVEENO® Absolutely Ageless™ Restorative Night Cream feels great on my skin.  I noticed a nice improvement in the morning. My skin looked softer and the wrinkles and crinkles were less pronounced. She explained what to begin first and how to estimate the amount of food to buy per guest. She was preparing a shrimp dish and explained how to determine how many pounds of seafood you should purchase per guest.

While she chopped, diced and cooked, she shared the small details novice chefs need to know from choosing the right size shrimp to making substitutions. She also discussed how the consultants could also advise on the proper serving dishes to add to your registry based on the type of entertaining and the home you will be choosing. Of course if you have a larger home vs a NYC apartment you are going to consider different options.

The Consultant also talked about balanced color, texture and choosing seasonal dishes like this beautiful option using butternut squash. I was impressed and learned a few new tricks as well.

One of the things she mentioned was considering different options like using a large platter for a beautiful seasonal salad. I had never considered that but you can see how it lets all the gorgeous colors shine through.

 The final result is absolutely gorgeous with the sauteed squash and the pomegranates. If no one has an allergy you can add the final touch with some slivered almonds or pine nuts. You can always choose another variety of nuts as well to add some texture.
