Keep Your Family Healthy This Winter!
I was just talking to my sister yesterday about how we can stay healthy this winter. I mentioned that I started keeping the hand sanitizer by the entrance to the house and in the car. She thought that was a good idea. I also have trained my daughter to head right to the sink after she sanitizes and walks in the house. That is key I think. We take basic vitamins and eat a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. My sister does the same. We exercise and keep our bodies lean and healthy.
She mentioned a great product that had worked for her daughter last winter to help reduce flu symptoms: Children’s Oscillococcinum. I told her that it was interesting because I have been familiar with Oscillococcinum for many years starting back when I was a student studying abroad in Italy in the 1980's. Cookie by Lisa Woomer-a great little children's book
