ErgoGrip Colorful Comfort Grip for iPads and Tablets helps relieve the hand fatigue GiVeAwaY #TheErgoGrip

I use my iPad all the time sometimes for hours  with all the work that ends up on my plate. A big corporate job comes with tons of computer work. That is the reality. My hands just ache sometimes but I never knew there was a solution. I heard about this colorful gripper called ErgoGrip and I was sold.  ErgoGrip is a universal comfort grip that is effective and helpful for all kinds of tablets. While we all appreciate that our tablets are getting thinner and lighter, they are getting harder to hold on to and maintain a comfortable, safe grip. I might add...all of this and trying to avoid injury to your hands.

If you are like me, you are holding your tablet and trying to grip it without having your whole hand covering the screen. The other option is that you rely on the case that your tablet is in to grip onto the case. Otherwise it is just plain uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time.

What happens when you have the live conference call that just goes on forever? You are trying to do other things and gripping that ipad for an hour or more as you try to keep your attention and get work done. When holding on to it for an extended amount of time you may even end up with some lasting discomfort. Ugh, that is the last thing I need and it has happened to me. So painful and it takes weeks to go away.

ErgoGrip crafted this design so that anyone can comfortably grip and hold a tablet without covering the screen or worries about dropping it.
The ErgoGrip is made of a soft silicone and shaped to fit comfortably in your hand. It stays on the tablet using well-designed suction cups properly placed so that they do not damage to your tablet. It comes in bright colors to make it fun to use. I have a pretty lime green. It also comes in several other colors including bright pink or sleek black. A great option to relieve stress on your hands and make it easy to get your work done anytime. You can pick up the ErgoGrip comfort grip for ipads right on Amazon for easy shopping anytime. I workout frequently and good music helps motivate me to do more. The smartphone needs to feel secure when I am working out though. Finish It! Gear Armband for my iPhone makes it easy to listen to all my favorite tunes. It straps right on securely and I can use all of the features of my iphone no problems at all. It is well constructed with 3MM wetsuit thickness neoprene.  It is great to use for iPhone 5/5S/5C, iPod Touch or iPhone 4/4S. The neoprene is thick versus other armband for extra sweat-moisture protection. The wide strap feels comfortable on my arm.

I like that this also Includes a headset + bonus built-in hidden key holder. Sometimes I need a spot to keep my key like when I go out running so this is perfect to help me minimize carrying extra things when hitting the gym or out on a quick run.

Air Comfy Travel Pillow is my best travel buddy ever #aircomfytravel

I travel a lot for work and have for years. I have a whole travel kit with items to make my trip more comfortable.  It is critical to plan ahead for the best trip whether you are flying, driving or taking the train. One of the most important elements is a travel pillow. I recently tried out this low-profile travel pillow from Air Comfy. It comes with a handy travel bag to store it in a carry on bag or in your purse. The shape is unusual and that is one of the reasons it is so effective. It really gives good neck or back support for travel in the car, airplanes, or basic support at home while relaxing. It is also great as a customizable lumbar support pillow to give you extra comfort in office chairs, or anywhere you find yourself in need.

I really like that it is low profile and I can inflate it to the exact level I need it for my ultimate comfort. That means it packs up to nothing since it gets filled with air only when I need it. It doesn't squeeze my neck either like some of those U shaped pillows. I like that I can relax or snooze without the bulkiness of traditional U-shaped neck pillows.  It is easy to inflate too. All I do is simply turn the easy-open valve, and within seconds the pillow is all ready to use.

It really provides complete neck support too. The pillow center cradles the arch in my neck which gives me the ample support where I need it. This pillow has these unique side wings too. I like that it prevents my head from tilting and I can avoid that neck pain also known as a crick. It even has a strap so you can secure it to the headrest. Once you set it perfectly it stays there until you take it off. It is even easy to clean and you can wipe it with a damp cloth.

This Air Comfy Travel Pillow lets me ditch the bulk especially when I am traveling via plane. I don't have extra space and this lets me go streamlined. This pillow supports my neck but it doesn't block my vision. If I want, I can easily talk to my neighbors. I love the inflatable aspect of this pillow plus it even has a luxurious inner foam that gives me support minus that hollow, bouncy feeling you sometimes get with inflatable pillows. A great balance.
This would be a good option to try if you have issues with chronic neck pain. I always like to check with my doctor first though. Consider using it as a therapeutic neck pillow to reduce strain and provide good support whenever and wherever you need it. I like to keep mine in the car for those quick naps too in between business trips. Someone who sits in the back seat and still uses a booster like to repossess it when she is in the car too. Soon hubby will be snagging it and, sigh, I will probably gave to buy a second one so I can have it for myself! I am thinking this would make a nice gift for my mom...she is always taking naps and this would prevent neck strain for her.

You can find this great Air Comfy Travel Pillow right on Amazon for the easiest shopping experience.

Harvestland Chicken makes quick work of a delicious hot soup for dinner @momsmeet @harvestland #sponsored

Disclosure:  I am a member of MomsMeet. I received vouchers to purchase HARVESTLAND® products of my choice to review along with a vintage timer and copper measuring cups.

Winter is time for soup. I have to say we make soup a few times a week once the weather gets cold. One of my faves is any kind of chicken soup. Harvestland makes it easy for me. They are a company that truly believes that all families can eat healthy meals no matter how busy they are. They understand my drive to put fresh food on my table every day. No fast food here in my house. Harvestland  created a line of chicken, turkey, and pork products that are pure and simple, just like our ancestors would have eaten. That is one of the reasons their products are staples in my home.

Harvestland adheres to very strict USDA Process Verified guidelines. Each one of their chickens, turkey and hogs are raised on family farms. They are fed an all-vegetarian diet with no animal by-products. No antibiotics, ever either. I feel confident that when I choose Harvestland I can make a natural, healthy, and budget-friendly choice that is not going to break the bank OR make me feel guilty.

They have lots of variety and I can pick and choose what works for me depending on the day or recipe. They shared a few yummy recipes with me and it was hard to decide. I love a colorful orzo soup and kielbasa makes it filling and fast.

There is nothing like warm Spanikopita Pie either. Harvestland Turkey makes it a snap even on a weeknight with their easy recipe. This one is staying top of mind for February....brr, I love a warm savory pie for dinner when the weather is chilly.

So many yummy recipes to try it was hard to decide. I finally settled on on Gran Gran's Chicken 'n Dumplings. I always keep Harvestland in the house anyway since chicken is a staple here.

I was not in the mind to get out my big electronic pressure cooker so I settled on a stovetop version. I went for the Harvestland Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts instead of the whole chicken in the interest of time. Of course I can never follow a recipe exactly. I added a few more veggies to ramp it all up.

Harvestland Chicken makes it easy with all the different options available.

I added some chopped onion and sautéed it in oil. Then tossed in fresh sliced carrots, celery and parsnips. In went the cut chicken. There is nothing like a warm soup on a cold winter day to put a smile on everyone's face. The house smelled so good while my Harvestland soup was cooking!

I added a blend of organic chicken broth and filtered water.  Salt, pepper and I let it boil for a few minutes until the chicken was fully cooked along with my fresh and colorful veggies.

I mixed up yummy little dumplings (okay they were not so tiny...next time I will make them smaller) quickly with self-rising flour, water, salt, pepper and a bit of sage. I shaped them into elongated balls and tossed them in the soup. It came out yummy. They have lots of options from chicken to turkey and pork. It definitely helps me put together delicious meals quickly even on a weeknight. Harvestland has lots of ideas and recipes for busy mamas like you and me on their website so take a peek. They aren't just chicken either they have lots of other options. I was able to get my Harvestland chicken at my local Walmart so try it and let me know what you think.

Don't forget to check out MomsMeet too. They are a great resource for moms, bloggers and anyone that loves to connect via social networking. You can find support from other moms, recipes, ideas for clean fun with the kids and even try out some new products like I often do. They even added a great new section with high value coupons for tons of healthier products.
