San-J Mongolian Beef Stir Fry & Marinade Sauce Review Plus Tamari Lite Reduced Sodium

I received a sample of San-J sauces complimentary in order to review them.  As always, my opinion is my own.

Have you seen San-J cooking sauces and marinades in your local store?  I found them a few years ago and never looked back.  You can find them in traditional grocery stores like ShopRite and at specialty stores like Whole Foods. From the Thai Peanut to the Tamari, and even Tamari Lite they are all naturally delicious and I mean that 100% natural.  They may cost a bit more but compare the ingredients to the standard brands in the store. There is no comparison. No weird chemicals or long funky names in the ingredients.  They all have a clean, fresh taste and are perfect for salads, stir fries and more.

San-J just launched a new Gluten-free sauce, Mongolian Beef Stir Fry and Marinade sauce.  So you can say, " Bye, Bye Grill... Hello Gluten-free Stir-Fry" any day of the week you want!  Mongolian Beef, makes Asian inspired cooking easy and Gluten-Free.
San-J’s newest luscious flavor that allows anyone from a beginner cook to a gourmet chef to make restaurant-quality Asian meals at home. Mongolian Beef Stir Fry and Marinade is 100% natural, gluten-free and non-GMO.  You can feel good about using it any day of the week! It is the fastest, easiest and tastiest way to make authentic Mongolian Beef in your own kitchen too. Ready for a super easy super delicious recipe? Go!

Authentic Weeknight Mongolian Beef

Ingredients:
1/2 to 1lb flank steak (vegetarian option: tofu)
Green onions to taste
San-J Mongolian Beef Sauce

Starting with 1/2 to 1 pound of flank steak, cut in thinly across the grain into strips. Coat the strips with cornstarch, then stir-fry in hot oil. To finish, simply add San-J Mongolian Beef Sauce, top with sliced green onions and serve warm.  All the delectable flavors of traditional Mongolian Beef are already in the sauce, including ginger, garlic, and just the right touch of sweetness. Do you need a vegetarian or fish option for a family member or guest?  You can use San-J Mongolian Beef Sauce with chicken, shrimp or even tofu. Sometimes I like using a combination like chicken and tofu for variety.

I really love to cook Asian dishes. They are perfect for those busy weeknights...some fast fried rice or noodle dishes but I have one problem that is a real issue. I get so thirsty after using some Asian soy sauces!  San-J has a solution and it really tastes great. Really. Sometimes lite options aren't so great but you really need to give the San-J Tamari Lite a try. It is definitely a major innovation in soy sauce options for anyone who is concerned about the sodium content in commercial soy sauces. San-J Tamari Lite is a flavorful sauce that contains 50% less sodium than their regular Gluten-Free Tamari (Black Label).  I love that it is still made from 100% soybeans. Tamari Lite is a perfect solution for anyone trying to cut down the family’s salt intake while keeping that yummy flavor.  You can be confident thatTamari Lite is certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization as well as Non-GMO Project verified and made from non-genetically-modified soybeans. You can use it in any of your favorite recipes like stir-fry, rice or noodle dishes.  You can also use it as a flavor enhancer in soups and sauces, as a marinade or a condiment.  Think about the myriad of options available.

There are tons of fantastic recipes on the San-J website, even fast week night salads like this one:  QuinoaVegetable Salad. Check out all the yummy San-J recipes here. For more information about San-J and all their great products you can check out the San-J site online.
