The Baker's Mat Silicone Bakers Mat Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I love baking cookies but I was going through parchment paper like there was no tomorrow. It is sooo expensive but it keeps those cookies from sticking to the cookie trays though and eliminated the need to keep scrubbing them after baking to get all the stuck on cookie dough off.  I was so happy when I heard about the Baker's Mat.  It saves you money by replacing parchment paper but it is washable and re-uasable. I feel so much greener using the Baker's Mat versus throwing away all that parchment paper. The Baker's Mat is a breeze to clean too.

The Baker's Mat is a high grade silicone mat that totally replaces the need for parchment paper and cooking sprays. I feel confident using it since it is FDA approved, dishwasher safe and it cleans super easy with just regular dish soap and water. It doesn't even take up any space either when I am not using it. I can roll it up or lay it flat for storage. When I am ready to bake it unrolls right away to lay flat right on top of my cookie tray. I used it this weekend for baking some cute heart shaped cookies with the kids and those cookies popped right off. No sticking at all. You can also use it for rolling dough, making candy or even pizza dough. A great multipurpose kitchen tool!

The Baker's Mat easily handles the extreme temperatures of the freezer, microwave and all types of ovens, and even the dishwasher. Withstands temperatures from -40°F to 480°F (-40°C to 249°C).

  • Warm water and dish washing soap works great for quick cleanup
  • The Baker's Mat is safe for the dishwasher
