I really try so hard to maintain my health. I take my time every week at the gym with boot camp classes, yoga, pilates. I eat and cook healthy foods too. I am always looking for new things that can be easily added to my healthy regimen without a whole lot of extra work. I have to keep it simple. I am a mom, I work full time and often have to travel for work. I have to keep myself healthy so I can get it all done though! Sometimes my workout regimens get me so sore and my back just aches. Or my shoulder get sore. Wrists too. Those darn kettlebells...can't live with them or without them. I don't like to take medications if I don't have to but who wants to suffer? I don't have time for all that mixing of the turmeric either which I used to do. I recently found Pure Body Turmeric Curcumin Extract 1000 mg and it seems to really help.
