I recently had the opportunity to try out some these new hydration electrolyte vitamins for health and wellness. I need help there with all the stress I have from work. Brode Electrolyte Vitamins are a complete hydration pack in a tiny little packet.  I love that they come in travel friendly packets with 10 packets, 2 capsules per packet. It makes my life simple. They go down easy and they have been helping me during this stressful holiday time.  I have been to several parties over the holidays recently and tote a packet to take with a glass of water prior to drinking a glass of wine. I feel great in the morning.

This is a novel product too...Brode Electrolyte Vitamins are the complete hydration pack to help get you through hangovers, air travel, and even those hard workouts. It has been working great for me. The unique hydration balance formula combines water with electrolytes that maximize the efficacy of your body’s nervous and muscular system. This capsules provide true metabolic support in addition to hydration.  Brode uses carefully selected vitamins, including a core matrix of B-vitamins to provide your body with an extra infusion of vitamins exactly when you need it the most. I have really needed it lately too.
  • Hydration and electrolyte vitamin formula
  • Used for hangover, air travel and athletics
  • Metabolism support
Take a peek at the ingredients below...all kinds of good stuff that I know my body needs anyway. Some of the ingredients are in those other rehydration beverages you can find at the local quick store that are filled with dyes and chemicals. I like that Brode has a clean ingredient list but is chock full of supplements to help my body.
