Restylane Rewards & Season of Savings-Save up to $390 in Rebates

I recently heard about a great rebate program for Restylane® or Perlane® called Season of Savings Rebate Rewards.  I wanted to make sure anyone that used Restylane®or Perlane® got to take advantage of this wonderful rebate before the end of the submission period.  You have to submit your rebate request by January 31, 2012 for any treatments that you had from November 1-December 31, 2012.

For a limited time, you can receive $50 off each milliliter (mL) of
Restylane® or Restylane-L® purchased (minimum purchase of 2 mL
in a single treatment required) and $65 for each mL of Perlane® and
Perlane-L® purchased (minimum purchase of 1 mL required), up to
a maximum of 6 mL (up to a maximum rebate of $390). This offer
is limited to two redemptions per person. Eligible products include
Restylane, Restylane-L, Perlane, and Perlane-L. To qualify, you must receive
treatment with a product in the Restylane family between November 1
and December 31, 2011, and mail your redemption submission
postmarked by January 31, 2012. You will receive your rebate check in
the mail in about 8 weeks.
