4. Set up a home gym and work out together! You don't need much to get started you can use a towel or a mat if you have them and use water bottles or soup cans for weights. It is interesting that if I feel my teeth after brushing with the cariPRO I can feel the difference versus when I use a manual toothbrush on those super rushed mornings.
