He wasn't aware that it just tasted THAT good that he wouldn't be able to tell.

I definitely looked fresher in the A.M. I workout at least 4 days a week, and I workout hard. Bootcamp type of workouts--jumping, running, lifting, kettlebells and all that. I need a shoe with a LOT of support. I have a good pair but my feet were still sore sometimes. Hey, I am not 20 so my feet get beat up. It happens. What can you do?

• 2 cups white flour (I replace up to 1/2 cup with whole wheat flour)
• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and MatchaDNA™ green tea powder. In a separate bowl, beat egg substitute with vegetable oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake papers. Divide batter evenly, and bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick or skewer inserted into the middle of a cupcake comes out clean.
